This weekend was incredibly busy with school, friends and my first little collaboration! The manager at Thomas Sabo West Edmonton mall contacted me last week to see if I could stop by and do a little blog post of my experience there and I jumped at the opportunity.
If you haven't heard of Thomas Sabo (I hadn't either) they are a jewellery, watch and beauty company for men and women originally from Germany. They offer everything from charm bracelets, necklaces and rings covered in gem stones to cologne and perfumes.
I arrived at their West Edmonton Mall location on Saturday with my camera and beautiful model (and friend) Leslie. After meeting with the manager we were left to play and create as much as we wanted with all of the pieces, we grabbed watches, bracelets and rings and pretty much everything we could get our hands on. It was an instant love affair.
One of my favorite things about Thomas Sabo is their statement pieces, their rings are very unique and all of the gold and jewels used are of incredible quality. Since Leslie wore her leather she was looking exceptionally bad ass so we styled her accordingly.
I opted for a more elegant and light theme since that is a little more my style, and also because I was drawn to the pearls like a moth to a flame. Pearls to me are just as nice, if not prettier than diamonds.
The ladies even created a couple personalized charm bracelets for us to show off, one on the edgy side and the other one a little softer.
If you guys like what you see they are having a launch event for their Fall/Winter 2014 collection on October 18th open to the public! There will be a giveaway Cosmo necklace, food, drinks and a promotion at their West Edmonton Mall location.
For all you WEM fanatics, the store is located on level 2, phase 1 which is just between Hollister and American Eagle. Next time your in the area pop in and take a look, their charms make great gifts as well - truth be told I actually like them better than Pandora charms.
Leslie and I both decided well be back hopefully with our boyfriends and their wallets!
Anyways, time for a long week of midterms ahead. Don't worry, I'm planning on making time for a little Thanks Giving baking post.
